Tags is the feature to organize items. And it is what you want to tag. For example, Apple, Dinner Ideas, Things to Buy, etc. These tag options are not set by the app, and you can add or delete them. Tags are designed for manually organizing items and are not automatically edited / touched by AI. You can add, change, or remove a tag to items by long-pressing an item > Tags.
